Arrival at Shakti Home 

By plane (Round trip price without checked baggage with Brussels Airlines +/- between 80€ and 120€):

It is possible to land in Porto or Lisbon. In both cases, you can reach Shakti Home by train.

Plane + Train Combination

. Porto Option: 

1. Take the purple metro line E just outside the airport (3 minutes walk). There are ticket machines just before going up to the platforms.

1. Then, you have to make a change at Trindade station to take a metro in the direction of Campanha (railway station). The green C, blue A, red B and orange D lines serve the Campanha station.

2. Follow the indications to the train station (3 minutes on foot). There are ticket machines at the entrance.

3. Take the train to Coimbra B (eg IC train towards Guarda. Journey time +/- 1h30).

4. Get off at Coimbra B and take a ticket for Carregal do Sal at the station ticket office. Then take the train towards Garda. Travel time +/- 50 minutes)

5. Get off at Carregal do Sal where we will pick you up. Please let us know in advance.

. Lisbon Option

1. Follow the indications in the airport to reach the metro (5 minutes on foot) and get off at the Oriente stop (3 stops +/- 10 minutes). Tickets are taken from distributors.

2. Follow the indications to go to the station and buy a ticket at the counter (5 minutes on foot).

3. Take the train towards Guarda to get off at Carregal do Sal (final destination. Journey time 2h45).
   If the direct train option is not possible, you must take a train to Coimbra B and then change trains to go to Carregal do Sal.

4. Get off at Carregal do Sal where we will pick you up. Please let us know in advance.

We advise you to arrive by Porto airport because the distance by road is shorter (172 km - approximately 2 hours journey) than from Lisbon (262 km - approximately 2 hours 45 minutes journey).
